My little sis may want to join Subeta (she isn't sure yet), but I was wondering.
I've had horrible experiences with the whole "you have more than 5 accounts!!!" thing on Neo, and that wasn't pretty.
But my sister and I only have one computer to share.
Would an email address be enough to distinguish us, since on Neo, they apparently couldn't tell. -.-
You can fill out a ticket and let staff know that your sister plays too, and you should be fine. :)
You should contact a UA, let them know about the situation, and then they can advise you from there. I believe they make note of the fact that you're sharing a computer, and usually they warn you not to send a lot of sP or valuable items between the accounts, because it could easily be a form of scamming.
Most users have no problem sharing computers when using Subeta, the staff here can tell the difference :)
So I take it would go under the "Multiple Accounts" part in the Frozen accounts section?
I would put it under "Other" in "Account Issues", the frozen section is for people with frozen accounts who are trying to get them back. Don't worry though, if you get the wrong section I don't think you'll get into trouble for it
A friend and I share a computer (we're roomies) and we were told that it's okay to share a computer but you can't send a bunch of stuff to just one account or vice versa. You can send each other stuff like for birthdays/holidays/random gift giving but you need to be sure to make a ticket when you do send those things so that they know it's just you giving gifts and not having an extra account gaining stuff.
You should make a ticket so that way it's been made known. I know some put notes on their profile but I don't think that's necessary.
